Exchange & Returns Policy

At Store Offerz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide exchange options for eligible items. Please read the policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Exchange Timeframe

We accept exchange requests within 2 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will not be processed after this period.

2. How to Request an Exchange

Before returning any product, contact our team first.

3. Eligibility Criteria

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • In resellable condition

Used, damaged, or altered products will not qualify for exchange.

4. Exchange Procedure

  • Customer must return the original item via courier.

  • Once received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative item of equal value.

5. Open-Delivery Policy

If your parcel is delivered with an “Allow to Open” option, please:

  • Open it in front of the delivery person

  • Check the item before making payment

Once accepted and paid for, no claims will be accepted.

5.1. Unboxing Video Requirement

If “Open to Check” is not allowed, you must record a full unboxing video:

  • Continuous (no cuts or edits)

  • From package opening to full product reveal

This serves as proof if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
⚠️ No video = No exchange claim.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized orders

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, send us an unboxing video that:

  • Shows the parcel being opened

  • Clearly displays the product’s condition

Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

8. Shipping & Vendor Information

Some products ship directly from our vendors in Karachi, Lahore, or Peshawar. Delivery times may vary by 1–2 days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
